Dr. Yaw Twum-Barima
Dr. Yaw Twum-Barima was the first Prempeh College Health Prefect (1968/69, Butler
House). Currently a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, he is 32 days
older than Prempeh College (born January 5th, 1949).
He is currently the Chief of Medicine at Trenton Memorial Hospital in Canada and
Consultant Physician of Belleville General Hospital. This Endocrinology Specialist is also
The Medical Director of the Diabetic Education Clinics at Belleville General Hospital and
Trenton Memorial Hospital.
