Dr. Lawson is new Provost of University of Ghana College of Health Sciences

Professor A.L. Lawson, Dean of University of Ghana Medical School, has been appointed Provost of University of Ghana
College of Health Sciences.
Prempeh.org had the privilege of meeting with him the moment he got his appointment. The university will
announce his appointment and introduce him to the university community at a future date.
The College of Health Sciences is comprised of six institutions - the Medical School, the Dental School, the School of Public Health,
School of Allied Health, the School of Nursing, and Noguchi Institute of Medical Research.
Just last month, Professor Peter Donkor of the Prempeh Class of 1973, Chief of Surgery of Komfo Anokye Hospital,
was made Provost of the College of Health Sciences
of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology.
