Acorstic nominated for Best Radio Commentator award
Senior Collins "Acorstic" Asante of the Class of 2003, who is a sports presenter and commentator
at at Peace FM and Hello FM, has been nominated for the National Sports Journalist awards
2005.
He was nominated in the Best Radio Commentator 2005 category.
He was nominated alongside 6 other nominees. They will decide the winner
on 8 april 2006.
It may be recalled that the former Assistant Freeman House Prefect covered
the African Cup of Nations in Egypt in February/March 2006.
