Following the report that appeared on this website about Asthma Foundation funds which has been used by the Headmaster, a person close to
the Prempeh Board of Governors called us for additional information, which we provided.
The Board is fully aware that this is a serious infraction that could result in dismissal from the job anywhere. To let Mr. Owusu-Achiaw escape
punishment would say a whole lot about the integrity of the Prempeh institution and the Board that governs it.
All this time that Prempeh boys were suffering from asthma related complications on campus, money intended to bring them some
relief were in the headmaster's pocket. The fact that a boy had died of asthma in the dorms 2 years prior to the donation
makes this behaviour extremely reprehensible.
