On the occasion of Ghana's 50th Anniversary, Prempeh College was not left
out as old boys thronged the college on Saturday to witness a seminar that
was ongoing.
The Amanfoo comprising Dr. Osei Kuffuor, the National President
were on campus to impart some knowledge into the young Amanfoo. The theme
for the seminar that bothered on Discipline and Attitude was "50 years after
Independence: Discipline and General Attitude of the Prempeh Student."
The seminar was attended by both Amanfoo and Non-Amanfoo in the Garden City.
The gentlemen were lectured on the essence of discipline and its influence
in the life of a Prempeh student by various old boys who were the lecturers
for the day. The part that borded on attitude had a lot to tell the boys on
the code of dressing, manners and etiquettes, how to treat ladies and how to
mak
The boys were then allowed to ask some questions. Questions ranging from
Breakfast to the Amanfoo Network were asked at the seminar with the old boys
President and other distinguished Amanfoo giving out answers.
After the
programme, the headmaster thanked all the Senior Amanfoo for the time shared
with the students. The boys were in fact happy to have aired out their views
on certain matters that were also worrying them.
The Form Threes mock which had to go on a break due to the Inter-co and then
Super-zonals will resume on Monday.
