The effect of the NAGRAT strike action has really done the college a lot of
bad. Prempeh has over the years had a beautiful calendar even from the start
of the term that shows all the students when to expect certain events, what
to do at certain times to mention but a few. This term has really been an
odd one looking at the fact that the strike action caused a change in the
calendar of the college.
The masters themselves are at a loss as to the programmes that are ahead of
the college since the strike action took the better part of the time that
the students will spend on campus. The question that one asks is,when do the
students take their end of term exams. It is known that some schools will
not have the usual end of term examination because the headmasters feel
their students did not learn anything.
On the contrary, students of Prempeh College have been told that there is
going to be an exam but do not know when. The headmaster today admonished
the students to still continue studying and be cautious of the exam since it
can be held on any day.
A source close to the headmaster revealed that the exam will be held on 12th
of December. The students are therefore encouraged to stay by their books.
