Prempeh College annually celebrate the lives of two distinguished past
headmasters namely the Late Sidney N. Pearson and T.A. Osae. The first
headmaster and the first black headmaster of the college did a lot and so
lectures are held every year in honour of them.
This year is no exception as
the Pearson-Osae lecture will be held at the Ghana National Association of
Teachers Hall (GNAT hall) in Accra.
The headmaster, Mr Owusu-Achiaw will lead a delegation of students notably,
the school choir, prefects and editors of the school magazine and masters to
Accra tomorrow. The departure time is 10 am at the forecourt of the college.
The headmaster, the staff and the students will arrive in Accra at 3pm in
the Senior Kufuor-donated bus. The lecture starts at 5pm tomorrow at the
GNAT hall.
We will reveal the identity of the guest speaker later.
