OPENING ASSEMBLY REPORT

The gentlemen of Ashanti went back to school on the 16th of January after spending the christmas festivity.

On the 17th as expected, the headmaster of the college, Mr Owusu-Achiaw gave his speech for the opening assembly.

He told the students to take their studies very serious and also eschew all forms of insdiscipline on campus so as to make this term a successful one. He said that Prempeh wants to win all quizzes, tournaments, and competitions this term and that calls for a lot of discipline and dedication.

He further went on to thank the prefects for a good job done. He praised the prefects for their high sense of commitment to the welfare and cause of Prempeh College and also their active participation in the bid to uphold discipline on campus. He urged the prefects to keep up their spirit of fighting for Prempeh College and bringing only the best to the college.

He reiterated the need for all students and staff to be very serious and active this term.
