    The following is the new menu introduced this term by a new matron.

    DAY BREAKFAST LUNCH SUPPER
    Monday Oblayo and doughnut Gari and beans Awakye and sauce
    Tuesday Porridge and bread/groundnut paste Kenkey and sauce Jollof and meat
    Wednesday Tea and bread/margarine Awakye and sauce Kenkey and sauce/sardine
    Thursday Rice porridge and bread/milk Gari and beans White rice and sauce
    Friday Hausa porridge and bread/margarine Kenkey and pepper/sardine White rice, groundnut soup and fish
    Saturday Oblayo and doughnut Gari and beans Jollof and meat
    Sunday Wheat/bread and milk/margarine White rice/chicken and groundnut soup Kenkey and sauce
