STUDENTS MEET HEADMASTER
Saturday, October 8, 2005
At yesterday's interesting Open Forum, the boys had several questions for the Headmaster.
The first question was about the food service at the dining hall. It turns out that, according to the boys,
the food is still not sufficient. Just a little bit of food is served.
It may be recalled that the students complained about "the matrons deliberate attempt to starve them."
This was because, half of the tables at the dining hall was served instead of serving all the tables
which represents the whole student population.
When the PTA became infuriated by that practise upon being notified of it at the last PTA meeting, the Administration changed course and started serving enough food. But
now, according to the students, the College has reverted to what they were doing before the PTA meeting.
The second question was about the college cloth. The boys want to wear them every saturday since they do
not find any ocassions to wear them.
Also, books that were supposed to have been given to the students when they entered school were never given by the school.
The form 3 boys have been there for 3 years now, and still have not heard anything about that were to
be given to them several years ago.
The next topic was about the Inter-Houses Quizes league. The boys were eager to find out the prizes at stake. Prempeh.org will
announce the prizes this week.
