HEADMASTER IS NEW CHASS CHAIRMAN
Thursday, October 6, 2005
Prempeh College Headmaster, Mr. A. Owusu-Achiaw has been made Chairman of the
Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools (CHASS).
This was the reason for the his visit to Accra yesterday. Several of the Legon Amanfoo
had invited him to visit and meet with them on his Accra trip but his schedule did not permit
it.
He informed us that as the new CHASS Chairman, he will be frequenting the capital city, so he will
meet with Legon Amanfoo in the near future. He recently had a phone conversation
with Gyeabour K.O., who said on the
phone, "thank you, Sir, for helping me get to the University."
The Headmaster says he needs to turn his phone off because people all over the country are pleading with him to have their children
placed into secondary schools around the country. Headmasters from all over the
country refer angry parents to "see CHASS Chairman
Owusu-Achiaw, the Prempeh Headmaster."
The Headmaster is also Vice-Chairman of Inter-Collegiate Sports.
