The student body needs to be working on their website directly, and since the senior webmasters and coordinators are not always around to guide them on campus, a team of two outstanding tutors will oversee the activities of the website and act as patrons. These tutors are needed to guide the young students as to material propriety for the website and to ensure that the young boys present good image-projecting material on the website.

A College Relations Committee (CRC), similar to a University's Public Relations Office (PRO), which will serve as official relay Board for information transfer between the College and the external world, is to be set up by the Patrons. This Committee, which will comprise of representatives of all Houses, will present the news to the world directly.

We are happy to announce that the social science teacher, Mr. Solomon Nti (SOLONESTA), who loves the website more than anyone, and the current Ashanti Teacher of the Year and National Teacher of the Year runner-up, Mr. Okyere Darko are the website patrons. With their wisdom and guidance, it is expected that the boys of Sofoline will continue to enjoy their website.

Meanwhile the much anticipated prempeh.org email addresses which the students have been demanding, is now available. Beginning next week, students, staff and oldboys will be able to have free, unlimited email accounts. All students and staff will have emails automatically set up for them based on their names, and a directory of email addresses of the Prempeh College community will be placed here on the website. The Headmaster and the Administration could send school announcements to students via email during vacation periods.
