DEBATERS PLACATE THE COLLEGE

Defending champions of the National Debate failed to retain the trophy this year after they lost to T.I.Ahmadiyya with the slimmest of margins. Refardless of what transpired earlier on, the team bounced back to its winning ways as they clinched the Regional Commonwealth Debate trophy as well as the Regional Debate Championship trophy. They were however presented an award of a 17 inch T.V. set from the regional event and some books from the Commonwealth debate.

What made the victories something to be joyful of was the fact that, the patron of the club was bereaved since she had lost the husband at that very moment. Mrs.Comfort Otoo gave the boys the assurance that they could make it and the gallant warriors comprising Kofi Debrah Amoaning, William Demitiah and Reginald Ankrah went for gold.
