Amponsah Ofori Agyemang (Class of 2002)

Amponsah, who loves politics, basketball and sharing, chose Prempeh because as an Adventist he wanted a school where all religions are respected. He is a product of New Baptist JSS in Sunyani.

In his own words, here are his reasons for choosing Prempeh:

"Well, it is a long story. But to be brief it is first and foremost, religion; my sister attented her secondary school in Ashanti Region and she said because the family is an Adventist family, a school which respected all religions was Prempeh and that, there was freedom of religion at Prempeh, which is entirely true. And then the academic record was very paramount also. Finally I wanted change of environment so I did not attend school in Sunyani where I had my basic education."
