Dr. Joseph William deGraft Johnson Riverson: Executive Director of Donor Relations & Coordinator of Trachoma Program, World Vision U.S., who has lived a life of exemplary devotion to humanitarian causes. When the Bagauda dam collapsed near Kano City, Nigeria, he was the one who investigated and reported it. He also led World Vision to present relief supplies to the victims in Nigeria in 1988. The “Expanded Program on Immunization, Western Region of Ghana” was designed and implemented by him between 1988 and 1996. He was also one of the brains behind the Zimbabwean Water, Health & Agriculture project. He also established the Ghana Rural Water Project.

Professor F. Ohene Akuffo: Former Dean of the KNUST School of Engineering who is recognized internationally as a renewable energy expert; his research interests have been focused, since 1974, on renewable energy, particularly solar, and development issues. He has directed several international development projects including the CN $1.2 million CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency) funded cooperation project on Renewable Energy, which was implemented jointly by the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and KNUST (1992 – 1999).

Dr. Barfour Adjei-Barwuah: Ghana's Ambassador to Japan and concurrent High Commissioner to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Papua New Guinea.

William Kwamena-Poh: celebrated master artist whose works have graced the walls of T.V. sitcoms, corporate and private collections. His work has been used as set decorations for television shows such as "The Cosby Show"(NBC), "Baby Talk"(ABC), "Roc Live"(FOX), "Martin"(FOX), "In The House"(NBC), "South Central"(FOX), "Moesha"(WB) and "Living Single"(FOX). His work was recently used in the promotion of the new Chevy SSR, a combination sports car/truck that Chevy is introduced last year. Two of his images were also used in redecorating an apartment on the HGTV (Home & Garden Televsion) show A Date With Design.

Yussif Alhassan Chibsah: who captained the national football team in the 2004 Athens Olympics. This Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC midfielder who stars in the African Champions League regularly is the captain of Ghana's under-23 National team - the Black Meteors. He played alongside Prempeh's Edmund Owusu Ansah in the 8th All-African Games in October 2003 and won a medal.

John Sarpong: Chairman and CEO of Africast Global Media, which holds interests in television, radio and internet properties; as well as President of Southline Industries which he founded in 1996 as an aerospace technical design, certification and project management company serving the air transport, corporate and special mission military aircraft industry. His Southline Industries has completed projects for Gulfstream Aerospace, Raytheon Corporation (two projects for the Korean Air Force, and the Japan Maritime Safety Agency), and Sikorsky Helicopter (two projects for the Turkish Navy and U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopters). Samuel Owusu "Torino" Mensah: considered among the greatest of athletes and Olympians in the history of African athletics. For his excellence in athletics, Ghana's First President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah sent his Minister of Sports (then Director of Sports), Mr. Ohene-Djan to our campus to crown him "The Osagyefo Golden Boy." Not only was this Presidential citation confered upon him at school, but the President also caused a national radio show to be focused on this Prempeh hero. A history of Prempeh College is not complete without the mention of Mr. Owusu-Mensah. He put Prempeh on the world map in those days by excelling in the Olympic Games. Perhaps his most famous victory was his defeat of S.S. Abugri.

Daasebre Oti Boateng: Omanhene of New Juaben Traditional Area, and Deputy Director General of the International Biographical Centre in Cambridge, England. He's also a former Chairman of the United Nations Statistical Commission (1987 to 1988) and the first African to occupy that post; past Vice President of the International Statistical Institute, a worldwide professional body of eminent Statisticians established over a century ago. He's also the first African to be elected to Chairmanship of the International Conference of labor Statisticians since it was established in 1923. And he successfully conducted the 1984 Population Census of Ghana during a period of severe economic difficulties.

He is the author of a new book on Akan culture, entitled "Akan Mmebusem Bi", a collection of Akan proverbs and the translation of such proverbs into English.

Kwadwo Addomah-Gyabaah: Deputy Government Statistician, Ghana Statistical Service.

Stanley Allotey: who was voted by a Ghanaian international newsmagazine as Ghana's greatest athlete ever! Stanley Allotey, whose 200 meters Commonwealth games record of 20.7 secs was only broken by Namibia's Frankie Fredericks in 1994, ran for Ghana in the Olympic and Commonwealth Games in the 1960s, alongside Senior Owusu Mensah. The Magazine selected Allotey as both Number 1 in 100 meters and 200 meters. He is still listed at the Official Commonwealth website among the legendary runners in the history of the games. He is the only Ghanaian to be elected into the Commonwealth Games Hall of Fame. Such was the respect he commanded around the globe during the 1960s. Even his worst 200m time of 20.5secs, set in Kingston, Jamaica on 11/8/66 is now 4th on Ghana's all-time list. Allotey is undoubtedly Ghana's greatest athlete.

Kwabena Sintim-Misa: a member of Saks Fifth Ave million dollar book club, which means that he generates over a million dollars in sales yearly for this prestigious specialty store. He is actually the only associate in the Ralph Lauren department who has achieved that milestone in the company's history. He has clients worldwide, including world leaders and very high profile dignitaries who consult him fashionwise on what outfits are appropriate.

Edmund Owusu-Ansah: captain of Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC. Owusu-Ansah, like Chibsah, is a key member of Ghana's under-23 soccer team, having won many caps from playing in the 2003 All-African Games and the 2004 Olympic games qualifiers.

Dr. Francis Achampong: lawyer and author of a seminal textbook on workplace sexual harassment law. Dr. Achampong's book is the only work that devotes several chapters to landmark developments such as third-party and same-sex sexual harassment and the only one that goes beyond merely discussing workplace harassment prevention to discussing risk management of liability for sexual harassment. It also discusses esoteric rules that apply to federal sector sexual harassment complainants. He is listed with the Technical Advisory Service for Attorneys as an insurance expert and appears in Who's Who in American Law. He has been featured in several press reports, especially during the Clinton-Lewinsky saga. He is currently the Director of Academic Affairs at Pennsylvania State University - Mont Alto.

The Late Osagyefo Kuntunkununku II: King of the Akyem people of Ghana & Formerly President of the National House of Chiefs, who was also a distinguished physician. The team that performed the first heart transplant operation in Chechoslovakia, which took place at the Bratislava Hospital in 1968, included this King, who was then the medical student Alex Fredua Agyemang. Alex was on top of his class at the prestigious Charles University Medical School, and thus is credited for being the first student to perform sugery in Chechoslovakia! Even more noteworthy is the fact that he accomplished this feat only 7 years after leaving Pearson House.

He is also a member of the quartet that set the then 4x400m record of 3:09.57secs (17/8/85), which is now ranked 9th on Ghana's all-time list.

Dr. Jacob Jordan Lamptey: Renowned Ghanaian psychiatrist who operates The Valley View Clinic (est. 1987), a private clinic situated at Dzorwulu - a suburb of Accra. This is a unique establishment because it is a general practice with special interest in psychiatry and related problems in a country where psychiatry practice and psychiatrists are rare. His contributions and achievements include the Vice Presidency of Mental Health Association from 1972 to 1983. He introduced the concept of Community Psychiatry in Ghana during his attachment to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital in the early seventies.

Abukari "Jaafia" Mohammed: the great long distance runner and former marathon record holder who won several cross-country races for the Ashanti team. He is listed among the top 5 best Ghanaian marathon runners of all time.

Mr. K.B. Boakye-Boateng: Former Chief Administrator and Chairman of Forrestry Commission of Ghana

Kenneth Bosompem: Former Ghana's Consul-General to Switzerland who has served in the foreign service for 3 decades, including a former role as Director off Passports.

Dr. Kwasi Ofori-Yeboah: former President of the Students Representative Council (SRC) of the University of Ghana (Legon) and executive member of National Union of Ghanaian Students (NUGS) during the turbulent PNDC regime, who played a significant role in our national clamor for civil liberties during that chaotic phase of our nation's history.

Dr. Richard Amoako Baah: Novelist and inventor of the Fuel Filter-Dryer, for which he holds a United States Patent. He is a Professor of Government, University of Texas, Pan American. Of the twelve songs featured on CGI's first album entitled "KEEP ON TRYING", Angola wrote and composed nine of them. This album was such a great success within the Christian circles, and saw Mike Dee/Angola Seaman on stages or in various churches in London with the group fellowshipping with his fellow Christian believers. The uniqueness of his gospel album won Angola the 1997 African Entertainment Award (AFENT) for the Best African Gospel Writer and Composer held in London. Angola Seaman attributes his musical career success to his active role in Samammo during his Prempeh College days appears.

Kojo Duodu: national athletics and table tennis and hockey legend who is renowned for his versatility. While at Prempeh, the great Duodu represented the school in almost every sporting discipline: hockey, basketball, volley, table-tennis and athletics (hurdling). He brought home so many table tennis titles before defecting to AMASS for his A-Levels. The national hurdler once owned the national records in both 110m and the 400m hurdles. His time of 53.5secs in the 400m hurdles now ranks 10th on Ghana's all-time list, while his time of 14.61secs in the 110m hurdles now ranks 5th. Moreover, Duodu was unbeatable in table tennis in Ghana while he was at Prempeh.
