Mr. Kontoh was a gentleman who thought history. He made the subject so interesting. After decades of leaving Sofoline, Amanfoo still remember his lectures on The Plebians and Patricians of Ancient Rome, Romulus and Remus, The Punic Wars, The Crusades, etc. Its something that stuck with us forever. History at Prempeh will never be the same.

The gari and kekee and beans his wife sold at his residence also made people rush to his residence all the time. Who can forget the beautiful nieces and daughters he had and how Freeman boys adored them.
