A no-nonsense teacher, Mr. Osei Tutu will just come to class and give his best to all students. It remains a mystery why this man rarely spoke to other faculty. He appeared to be thinking the whole world was against him. Always angry at the world - at least so it seemed - he never smiled at anyone. Nonetheless, he was a great Econs teacher.
