It was total football today at the Prempeh stadium when
the President's house met members of the
White house in what seems to be a match forever to be remembered by members of the Osei Tutu house.
The jama singing group of the White house could have beaten Butler if it were to play the game but since
human beings play the game and not the songs, O.T house were not all that lucky.
The posters the visual arts students, especially Ahmed and
Okei, made and posted at vantage points all over campus.
The match started with
both teams creating so many chances at goal but could not make it. Butler houses' Paul Manu who
plays for the school team, opened the score line but just as the game was about to end for the
first half, Osei Tutu house equalised.
During the second half, it seemed like the O.T house were not playing the game as Butler
dominated in almost every part of the field notably in the midfiled culminating in a down
pour of goals for the house.
Paul Manu scored a hat trick for his house making him the leader
of the goal king chart and thus winning three points also for the house. The match eneded 6-1
in favour of the President's house.
The referee, one Mr. Osei, was recruited by sports master Mr. Asare Lartey and will be compensated by prempeh.org
for his time.
Next week, Pearson meet Aggrey in a match that would be a cracker as the two houses have splendid players.
Pearson-Aggrey may be the match of the century. The new Senior Prefect will also lead Guggisberg House as they face
the probably the nation's best goalkeeper, Freeman's Ernest Opoku.
