11:45am: They are still on the first contest of the day (Achimota vs. Accra Aca) - 3rd Round.
The contests started late today because of Accra flooding. People couldn't make it here on time.
12:25pm: Conclusion of Contest 1: Achimota 70, Accra Academy 78
12:30: The boys have mounted the stage amid cheers from the students. The audience isn't large due to the rains.
Taxis are not in operation this morning due to the rains.
12:32: Many seats are empty here. But some Amanfoo are in.
12:32: Intro has been done, both schools get their first questions right.
12:40: Tough battle
12:42: Prempeh gets 1 out of 3 for their question while Peters earns 2 out of 3. The Peters fans are making a lot of noise.
12:43: the first round has been very short. The questions may be piled up for Round 4.
12:45: Both schools continue to trade right answers. First round ends 16-16.
12:47: Round 2 begins. Peter's get 1/3, but Prempeh gets theirs completely correct, FULL MARKS!!!
12:56: 2nd Round comes to an end. Prempeh 37, Peters 32.
12:59: The Peter's master has protested so 1 point has been added to their marks. They answered a question for which they were given
2 out 3. So now the score is Prempeh 37, Peters 33.
1:01: Problem of the Day: This is a Biology question. They are to fill in the blanks. Each blank is worth one point.
1:05: This is Peter's Golden Jubilee Year. They want this trophy badly.
1:08: They are wearing their jubilee cloth which is yellow and green (our colours) instead of their traditional light yellow. Thats okay, they can have our colour, not our trophy.
1:10: Problem of the Day Concluded: Peters 9 points, Prempeh 10 points
1:15: Round 4: Prempeh gets its first question wrong; Peters get it right for the bonus points and gets their own question right for more points.
1:20: Peters has a strategy they have been using, which prempeh.org figured out and described to our boys. Any time Peters opponents are asked a question, they raise their hand immediately
signalling the Quizmistress that they're ready for the bonus points. This creates an incredible impression in the mind of the opponent that the answer he is giving is actually incorrect.
That confuses the opponent and by the time he knows, they clock would have ticked or he would have got it wrong.
1:21: They've been using this strategy effectively. We trained our boys to prepare for this strategy and it has been excellent. It is not working for the Peters boys.
1:25: They also designate one of their 3 contestants for a nefarious mission, which we figured out days ago.
1:25: Both schools get their Biology question wrong. Its a Biology question under "Classifications."
1:28: As we head into Round 5, Peters takes the lead. They lead 63 to 56.
1:30: Back to nefarious mission....they designate one contestant for the highly doltish task of just staring. He stares and stares and stares
at any opponent that is about to answer a question, just to confusion the person.
1:33: None of the schools so far has gotten any of the True or False questions wrong. Any wrong answer will result in a one point deduction. We need some deductions from their end badly.
1:36: We are at the Riddles Stage. People are praying over here. Some Amanfoo are on their knees.
1:37: Prempeh needs to answer 3 out of their 4 riddles right.
1:38: This is Mawuenya's specialty. He is the master of riddles!
1:38: Prempeh gets first riddle right!
1:39: Prempeh gets second riddle right!
1:40: Prempeh gets the third too!
1:43pm: Prempeh has won! Prempeh has won!! We answered all 4 riddles and came from behind to beat St. Peters. We have won!!!!
Jeffrey answered all 4 riddles.
1:45: Prempeh 84, Peters 79, FINAL SCORE.
1:45: Shirts are off!!! The ground is shaking over here as Amanfoo jubilate all over the place!!!!!

2:00: St. Peter's bus just departed. Those boys didn't stay for a minute. We didn't get to take a picture of their departing bus.
We have compiled photos of all the departing schools. Our camera has captured their tears, their sorrow and their heartbreak.
These guys just evaded our camera.
2:02: Peters was leading us by 7 points before we entered the riddles stage. Our boys figured out the answers to completed Physics, Chemistry and Biology questions
without calculating or jotting down any notes. They rang the bell before the Quizmistress completed the question on all 4 occasions
while Peters had not even figured out the concept by the time we rang the bell.
