SOME QUIZ CONTESTANTS ARE DEBATERS

The rules of the national science and maths quiz forbids schools from holding inter-schools friendly quizzes until January of every year. Consequently, Prempeh can organize inter-houses quizzes but cannot compete with any other school until the new year.

This means that the quiz contestants touring Cape Coast with the debating team are not there to compete in any science quiz. Amazingly, it turns out they are actually members of the debating team and they are also going to participate in the debate.

The quiz contestants who joined the debaters on the trip are:

• Rockson Akwasi
• Fiifi Manful
• Agyeman Harry
• Okyere Prince Sebastian
• Osei Prempeh Kofi
• Yaw Afriyie Akwasi
• Abeiku Ghansah

These boys are contesting for their various houses in the inter-houses scinece and maths quizzes league but also on the debating train as Prempeh prepares to win the debate and the science and maths quiz.

In addition, some of the people who went with the debating team are: the Second Assistant Senior Prefect, Protocol Prefect Reginald, Gberg House Prefect, and Opoku Ware House Prefect.

The debaters return on wednesday after competing against Holy Child Girls, St. Augustine's, Aggrey Memorial and Adisadel.
