INTERVIEW WITH GUESTS OF THE INAUGURATION

Prempeh.org interviewed some one of the distinguished guests of the event. This is what Mrs. Theresa Danso, the new regional Director of Education, had to say:

Regional Director: Hi

prempeh.org: We hope you had a nice time

Regional Director: Definitely! I really had a nice time talking to the students. You see this is my first official programme after taking on the position as the Regioanl Director Of Education. What amazes me is that, I did it no where than Prempeh College, where two of my three sons schooled. They are Amanfoo right?

prempeh.org: Yeah, they are. Madam, Could you please tell us how you saw the program?

Regional Director: The programme is a classic one. If I know Prempeh very well, this programme is just one of their well-organised programmes. I remember when I used to come for PTA meetings and I will be sitting while people are addressing me and now I had the opportunity to sit on stage with the Akyempemhene on no other stage or platform than that of Prempeh. The programme was nice but I hope the stakeholders do well to sustain it. In Africa, we start something and then we later neglect it. I hope it does not happen. To the old boy who started it, I want him to do more and even enter into the creative arts.

prempeh.org: What's your message for Amanfoo?

Regional Director: I want to encourage the young Amanfoo to never indulge in illicit sex and immoral practices since it hampers their educational progress and to the big ones, take a cue from www.prempeh.org. I was told they are organising a football league. If you get the chance to speak to the organiser, tell him to continue and pump in the sponsorship. When they start with the competition, that is the time that they w ill need the real sponsorship in the form of pens, pencils, books and some little, little for the masters, you know. They have done well and I praise them for that. You and your friend were also very busy. Keep it up.
