Prempeh College is in the final once again. When Prempeh takes the trophy
come Saturday, it will be an unprecedented record in the history of college
football.
The boys are eager to win the game and they can only do so when
they have the needed support.
The headmaster of the college, Mr Owusu-Achiaw leads a delegation of Prempeh
College students to Koforidua on Saturday morning. The bus donated by His
Excellency the President will carry the Prempeh supporters to Koforidua. The
students will be there to urge their boys to victory since a match of this
nature needs more support.
The headmaster was actually already in Cape Coast because the rules of the
competition requires that
all semi finalists must have their headmaster present. He will come to take a select
group of Prempeh students (who are on midterms by the way) to Koforidua.
Ahmed Deedat Amoako, the captain of the side observed, "We will fight with the last
drop of our blood to set this record." When prempeh.org got to the base of
the players at Koforidua Sec Tech, the boys were found singing and
warming themselves up for the game which kicks off at 2:30pm on Saturday.
