prempeh.org: You were voted the Most Valuable Player of the Prempeh.org Inter-Houses Soccer League, how do you feel?
Paul Manu: I feel on top of the world. I am very privileged and I thank the organisers
for the honour done me.
prempeh.org: There were some form threes who did well but you were chosen.
What do you say about that?
Paul Manu: I am very delighted and I know that I did my best to deserve the
award. The form threes also did well but they could not make it.
prempeh.org: Before the start of the league, you had a bet with Ahmed
and Goloe that you will win the goal scorer award but none of you did
so how do you feel about that.
Paul Manu: Even though I could not win the goal king award, I had the most valuable
player award and that is a plus to me. To my other competitors, I wish them better
luck next time but as you know, I scored more than they (Ahmed and Goloe) did.
prempeh.org: What made you not win the goal king award too since you
started so well?
Paul Manu: I did not play in all the matches that was why. I had an injury during
one of the matches so could not play all. I missed about 3 of the matches but I
know I would have been happier than now if I had won both the goal king and that
of the most valuable player.
prempeh.org: Do you think this award will have an impact on your performance?
Paul Manu: It will surely do as I will strive to make it big next academic year.
prempeh.org: What is your message to Amanfoo
Paul Manu: We thank them for all they have done for the college and especially the
footballers. More praise goes to the prempeh.org founder, Dr Ofori, for the presents he
donated. I think he spent a lot and I hope all the old boys will take a cue from
that.
