Memories of this year's Speech and Prize-giving Day will forever be
engraved in the minds of many of us who witnessed the occasion.
It was a joyous and happy moment to see old and young Amanfoo come to
grace the occasion.
Some artistes performing.
However, the evening on speech day can not be left unmentioned as that made
the differrence in the various speech days organised. The mere announcement
made by the MC of the occasion,
Mr E.Y.Yeboah, that there was going to be an
entertainment organised by prempeh.org thrilled all the people around as
each and everyone wondered how spectacular the show was going to be.
This special variety show was aimed at entertaining the students, give
them a special treat on speech day while helping to unveal some talents
in the students since that is one of the missions of prempeh.org.
There were various performers including rap, hiplife hippop, dance bugis
and cracks.
Some of the stars that performed that night. They include Stunt Menace
Sky T, Tintin, Scobo and Gangster. Others were Quata, Stone (Entertainment Prefect 2001), and
Kunta Kinte.
The promotion of the variety show was organised under the auspices of
prempeh.org. The show also featured some famous hiplife artists in the
country. Among them were Quata, Stone (Entertainment Prefect 2001), and Kunta.
The disc jockey for the night was DJ Alexo of the famous drive time
program on continental radio at KNUST.
The Osae Assembly Hall was filled to capacity as no student was prepared
to lose "a once in a lifetime" event, with Prempeh.org banners hanging at the frontview
of the hall.
Another stunning performance was from a just completed boy called Kennenth
Owusu Ansah. Kenneth was a member of the school team that won
the National
Milo campionship last year.
The ghost show.
He could just play any sound with his guitar well. He really showed how he
could combine hiplife and the hippop music better than some DJs in Ghana.

The bouncers of the night had also a great task as they had to control
the stage. The three winners of the Prempeh.org manhunt were made the
bouncers for the nite.
