Prempeh protests as we lose in Debate final
Friday, November 18, 2005
The second round of the Inter-Schools Debate was held today
at Wesley College.
We balloted and faced Kumasi Girls in the debate and beat them.
Prempeh argued against the motion that
Parents not teachers are to blame for children's indiscipline.
Fiifi Manful, the form 2 science quizzes league contestant for Pearson was the
principal speaker and Reggie, our Protocol Prefect the supporting speaker.

Prempeh then faced Louis in the final, which the girls won.
by a score of 8.7 against Prempeh's 8.5.
Amanfoo then protested because the judges, who were females, basically
awarded the victory freely to the Louis Girls. The two Assistant Senior Prefects protested
strongly but to no avail.
We are now
out and Louis faces the champion from Sunyani next.
