KNUST held its matriculation for fresh students who admitted for the
2007/8 academic year on Saturday September 21. This marked the admission of
the Class of 2006 into the university.
As usual, Prempeh topped
the list of schools whose students were admitted this year. The
university, under a new Don, opted to release instead a list of the top 20 Science schools
in the country.
It was ecstatic for
the Amanfoo. Our headmaster was invited to grace the ceremony and though he left very early, he took photos with his former students.
Even when both sexes are factored in, the all-boys Prempeh College still
contributes over 80% of the students in each science or engineering class at the university.
