A keep-fit club has been established by the Old Students of Prempeh in Kumasi and they meet every Saturday
morning at the Kumasi Social Club, near St. Louis Training College. Apart from exercising themselves and
keeping their bodies in shape, they also use the Saturday meetings to build up contacts and finish off some business discussions.
Prempeh.org will be closely following their activities and we will bring some more stories on them but before then, check out these pictures.
The seniors who have formed the Keep Fit Club and are exercising in the pics
are: Seniors Edward, Edmund, Castro, Amadaa, Schwarzy, Kolege, Stephen and Barimah (Aggrey housemaster).
It is quite evident that some of them really need some working out to help keep their bodies in shape and they all do work very hard.
The schedule is that members warm up and do some aerobics after which 4 soccer teams are formed. Two matches of 20 minutes each are played and then the winners play each other.
This is the only Old Students’ Keep Fit Club in the whole country and they have received invitations from some Old Students’ Associations to play matches with them.
