Visit of our national football champion team to Manhyia Palace in June 2005:
Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene, on June 15, 2005, received the national soccer champions to his palace.
The soccer champs before going to see the Otumfuo went to the office of the Ashanti Regional Minister and they also went to
participate in a sports program at OTEC FM. Prempeh.org was with them all along and we took these pictures.
The College bus arrives at Manhyia Palace from the Regional Minister's residence, where the national champions
had presented to the Minister.

Another bus load of our people. This is the bus President JA Kufuor graciously donated to the alma mater -- the so-called "Kufuor Bus."

The Headmaster with the national champions. Sportsmaster Mr. Lartey is on the right, with
Deputy Sportsmaster Mr. Ofosuhene on the left.

On the left is Martin Osei Nyarko (APIO), who was actually our captain, but selflessly handed over the captaincy to Ahmed, who is in Form 2, because he is
in his final months at Prempeh, and wanted to groom Ahmed for next year. Apio inherited the captainship
from Chibsah last year.

Captain Apio again.

National Player of the Year, Ahmed Amoako, who has been invited to the national team of under-17s, presenting the trophy to the Regional Director of Education, who is an Amanfoo, at his office at the Ministries.

Some of the Prempeh masters also going into the Palace.
