The Chaplaincy Prefect and the Entertainment Prefect inspected the place just before the show. They used multi-coloured seats to indicate where each group of guests should sit. The blac seats in front were assigned to the Pioneer Class (1949-52), the red to the Press and the National Secretariat of the Old Boys Association in Accra; and so on.
