Amanfoo are enjoying themselves. Some of the young generation of Amanfoo watch from the back.
Here is Dr. Kwabena Duffuor, Governor of the Bank of Ghana. A total of ¢50 million including pledges was realised during an appeal for funds at the launching performed by Dr. Duffour.
They showed fierce loyalty to the alma mater.
Nana Osei-Bonsu II, Mamponghene; Bariama Asumadu Sakyi, Kumawuhene; Oheneba Adusei Poku, Akyempeimhene of Kumasi; Nana Ofori Agyemang, Adansihene, and Dr. Kwabena Dufuor, all old students of Prempeh, jointly donated ¢8 million.
They spoke of Prempeh College with obvious admiration, pride, and gratitude.
The tree is finally planted.
