Though Keith Pearson was the first baby born in Ashanti, he was not born on campus; he was born in 1944 - 5 years before Prempeh was established.

Some of the children of the Staff playing on campus. This particular scene is the location of the current Art & Craft building, where Mr. S.O Koranteng (SOK) taught Art for over 30 years.

The first school bus is shown here. Standing by it is Mrs. Renee Pearson. Did the boys used to sing "samamo" in the bus in those early years also?
